Trisha reacts on BJP MLA attacks horse case

South beauty Trisha Krishnan who is animals lovers, slammed the Uttarakhand MLA Mussoorie Ganesh Joshi who made a horse handicapped.  Recently MLA Mussoorie was spotted to beating up a horse and he broke Police horse’s legs during a protest called  by BJP against the state Government in Uttarakhand on Monday.



 A police case has been registered against him ‘for attacking police horse and breaking its leg’. According to Dehradun Senior Superintendent of Police Sadanand Date, few people attacked the horse and currently it is undergoing treatment as it suffered multiple fractures.  He has seen the video footage, in which it is clearly visible that MLA Mussoorie Ganesh attacked the horse. He added that according to doctor, the horse’s leg may be ampulated and they are also consulting to other doctors, and trying to give best treatment. 


Trisha Krishna who is a die-hard animal lover, expressed her extreme anger and shared her views on micro blogging sites and slammed BJP MLA, she tweeted,” Yes I pray u burn in hell !! Absolutely ashamed.” She shared  her feeling by posting the picture of injured horse.

The movie’s audio album will be out this month and some discussion is said to be going on about how to bring the album out. Normally, any big telugu movie will have a grand audio launch function, where the album will be released.

But Pawan Kalyan is not fond of audio functions and he has expressed his displeasure many times in the past about such events. But for ‘Sardar Gabbar Singh’, Pawan Kalyan and team have received a bumper offer for the audio launch rights. Sources say that a figure of approximately Rs 1.5 Crores has been offered for the audio launch rights, which is more than what was offered for ‘Baahubali’!

Pawan Kalyan and team are yet to take a call on the audio launch. But this bumper offer may tilt ‘Sardar Gabbar Singh’ team’s decision towards a public audio launch.

shourya movie review

Manchu Manoj comes back afte a long hiatus post the success of Current Teega. Unlike his earlier films, Manchu Manoj presents a decent look and a settled performance. Similarly, director Dasarath, who usually makes family entertainers, has changed the track and made a crime thriller. Did both succeed in their respective endeavours? Let's see.

Storyline
Shourya (Manchu Manoj) and Netra (Regina) are in love. But, Shourya's father (Nagineedu) and uncle (Subbaraju) oppose this. So, both decide to run away and settle in the UK. Before they leave for the UK, they arrive at Netra's village to spend a night in the village temple. On that night, someone tries to slit Netra's throat and Sourya gets implicated. The police also take the case seriously as Netra's father is an MP. Who tried to kill Nethra? Why did he try to kill her? Why was Shourya implicated? How Shourya manages to track down the real culprits forms the story.

Performance:
Manoj's performance, specially during emotional scenes, is exceptional. He portrayed both positive and negative angles with aplomb. He is the biggest plus in the film. Regina acts naturally and looks beautiful. Prakash Raj does a very good job as the police officer. Nagineedu, Subbaraju and Sayaji Shinde do justice to their their roles. The comedy track of Prabhas Sreenu works out very well.

Technical:
Dasarath stumbles while making this thriller with many twists and turns. The second half of the film is slightly sluggish and at places, it leaves the viewer wondering whether this is a thriller. But, there are several interesing twists in the film and the climax is very good. Veda's background score is quite appealing.

Sardaar crosses Atharintiki Daredi

The craze of Power Star Pawan Kalyan starrer upcoming drama “Sardaar Gabbar Singh”, is at peak. Already the movie has registered record pre-release business in various areas and it it is the turn of Nellore area. According to the latest update, Leela Mohan Reddy and Surisetty Narendra have bought the distribution rights of ‘Sardaar Gabbar Singh” for  Rs 2.70 Crores. 

 Earlier Nellore rights of  Pawan’s blockbuster movie “Atharintiki Daredi” was sold out for Rs 2.62 Crores.  Currently movie is progressing at brisk pace under the direction of KS Ravindra alias Bobby. Actress Kajal Aggarwal is sharing the screen space with Pawan and will be seen in the role of Princess. Actresses Lakshmi Rai and Sanjjana are playing crucial roles. Sensational music composer Devi Sri Prasad is rendering the tune. It is set to hit the theaters  on 8th April in a very grand manner.

The latest date for Sardaar Gabbar Singh’s audio launch is said to be March 20, even though an official confirmation is awaited.

charan next film update

Sometime back, we had revealed that the shooting of Ram Charan’s next has kick started in Hyderabad. Latest update reveals that the small schedule has been wrapped up now. The unit will move to the second schedule from the 10th of March which will go on till the 21st of this month.

Ram Charan is expected to join the sets on the 14th of this month. Directed by Surender Reddy this film is the remake of the super hit Tamil film Thani Oruvan. Watch out this space for more.

Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan, who is currently busy shooting for his Gabbar Singh’s second installment “Sardar Gabbar Singh”, was seen in a photo of him with his estranged wife actress-producer Renu Desai and his two kids son Akira and daughter Aadhya at a plush restaurant in the city. The photo, reportedly snapped by a customer at an unknown restaurant with brighter background in which the celebrity family is seen indistinct, has been circulated in the social media.

It is said that the ‘Gabbar Singh’ actor has found leisure time from his hectic schedule of shoot to spend some time cherishing his kids.

Oopiri gets a clean "U"

As we have reported earlier, Oopiri’s Tamil version has been titled Thozha. The film went for the censor screening today and passed with an clean U certificate.

Even though the film is a month away from release this news has created a new high for the film. The Telugu version is apparently set to go to the censors early next week.

Thoza has been directed by Vamsi Padipally and stars Nagarjuna, Karthi and Tamannaah. It is slated to hit the screens on March 25th.

Rana hosting a TV show

However, Rana found some time off to make his entry into the TV world. Rana will soon host “Discovery Real Heroes” on Discover channel where he will present real life action stories of various survival specialists from across the world.

Interestingly, Rana’s TV debut will be in Tamil and the first episode will go on air on March 1. The Discovery Real Heroes will showcase the determination, the spirit of adventure and the zeal to overcome all obstacles displayed by brave men in various challenging terrains.

"oopiri" Release Date

We have already reported that the recent teaser launch of Oopiri has taken the expectations to new heights. It is also known that Oopiri, which also stars Karthi and Tamannaah is a bilingual release in Telugu and Tamil.

The Tamil version has been titled Thozha. To keep the realism intact, Nagarjuna is going to be dubbing for himself in the Tamil version also. This will be the first time that Nagarjuna will be dubbing for himself in Tamil.

Produced by Prasad V Potluri, the film is based on the French film The Intouchables. The audio is slated to be launched on February 28th while the film will have its bilingual release on March 25th. Vamsi Paidipally has directed this flick.

prabhas signs his next film..?

After acting in the magnum opus Baahubali, actor Prabhas has become the talk of the town.

The actor is currently busy completing Rajamouli's Baahubali – The Conclusion. Recently, the crew wrapped up its second schedule in Kerala and now there is 60 per cent of the film left to complete. During the shoot of this film, Prabhas gave his nod to another successful production house in Tollywood for his next Telugu venture.

According to sources, the producers of Mythri Movie Makers - Srimanthudu fame - approached actor Prabhas with a fresh script. The actor has apparently signed the agreement for which he reportedly received a huge amount as advance. The other cast and crew details of this movie are yet to be announced. Reportedly, Prabhas also signed a movie under the direction of Sujeeth of Run Raja Run fame a year ago. This may hit floors only after the completion of Baahubali part-2.

Story
Krishna Varaprasad (Sunil), who loses his parents as a child, grows into a video game designer in a foreign country. He longs to come back to India, but his uncle tries every trick in the trade to stop him from coming back to India. He even plans Krishna's marriage with an NRI girl. So, Krishna plans to fly to India with the help of his friend Giri (Saptagiri). En route, he falls in love with Pallavi (Nikki Galrani). Meanwhile, he meets with Dr Ajay (Ajay), who witnesses a murder in the airport. He tries to help Ajay and gets into more trouble. He is forced to impersonate as Ajay. Ajay's relatives try to marry him off to another girl (Dimple). Krishna tries to run way. At the same time, an attempt is made on his life. Why are attempts being made on his life? What is his link to Ajay? Why is his uncle trying to prevent him from going to India? The story answers all these questions.


Performance
Sunil tries an image makeover. He tries hard to establish himself as a commercial hero. He works hard, but the comedian image refuses to wear off. There are two heroines, but both do not seem to have much to do except song and dance. Ashutosh Rana does a neat job as the villain. For a change Mukesh Rishi does a positive role. Brahmanandam fails to enthuse.


Technical
Vasu Varma takes up a routine subject and fails to do a decent job. The first half is slow, but the second half is racy. The story was originally written for Allu Arjun and Sunil doesn't simply fit the bill. The cinematography is good. Music by Dinesh is reasonably OK.

world's cheapest smartphone @RS 251

handset maker Ringing Bells will launch India’s most affordable smartphone ‘Freedom 251’ priced at under Rs 500 later this week, a move that is set to disrupt the booming handset market in the country. Defence Minister Manohar Parrikkar will launch the smartphone ‘Freedom 251’ on February 17.
The Ringing Bells ‘Freedom 251’ launch is in line with Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision for “empowering India to the last person, transforming India’s growth story”, the Noida-based company said.

“The phone will be popularly priced at under Rs 500… this event and launch stands as a true testimony of success of the latest initiatives taken by the Government of India,” according to a media invite sent by the firm.
At present, smartphones available in the market are priced around Rs 1,500. Last year, DataWind had announced that it is teaming up with Anil Ambani-owned Reliance Communications (RCOM) to launch the world’s most affordable smartphone, priced at Rs 999. The phone is yet to hit the market.

Established last year, Ringing Bells will start with the assembly of handsets in Phase-I and aims at full indigenous development of the feature-rich smartphones, it said.
It did not disclose any other details about manufacturing, products and pricing.
A new entrant in the Indian mobile phone market, Ringing Bells had launched one of India’s cheapest 4G smartphone at Rs 2,999, recently. It has launched two other feature phones in the market.

India, one of the fastest growing smartphone markets globally, is poised to overtake the US as the second-largest market in next few years.
In the last few months, global smartphone makers, including the likes of Xiaomi, Motorola and Gionee have commenced assembling their handsets in India, where the government is pushing local manufacturing through its Make in India initiative.

script ready for puri-mahesh's next film

Even when he was busy scripting for Megastar Chiranjeevi’s Auto Johnny last year, maverick director Puri Jagannadh pleasantly surprised everyone by announcing a project with Mahesh Babu. However, nothing much has been heard about this film since then.

As per the latest reports, Puri has finally locked the script for this film. Apparently, Puri narrated several storylines to Mahesh which the Superstar was not impressed with. But the recent action entertainer narrated by Puri thrilled Mahesh and the Superstar immediately gave his nod.

This project may commence towards the end of this year, after both the stars finish their respective projects. This will be the third time that Puri and Mahesh will be teaming up after Pokiri and Businessman.

Mega Star Chiranjeevi's daughter Srija is all set to get married to her childhood friend, Kalyan on February 25.

Kalyan is an NRI who hails from Chittoor district in Andhra Pradesh. Sources say that the wedding would be a close family affair with no media coverage. Srija is likely to move to USA after the wedding. Chiranjeevi's brother Power Star Pawan Kalyan is also said to have approved this match and had visited the family recently.

It may be recalled that, Srija married her college sweetheart Sirish Bharadwaj in 2007. The couple, who have a daughter, were divorced in 2011 after Srija claimed that her in-laws 'tortured' her for dowry. Srija has been living with her parents ever since.
